What we collect
- Information you send through the pitch form, including your name, company name, email address, startup description, and pitch deck link.
- Information you send by email or through direct conversation with the Vivax team.
- Basic technical information that may be created when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and timestamps.
How we use it
We use personal data to review founder submissions, respond to messages, evaluate potential investments, maintain our relationship history, protect the website, and meet legal or regulatory obligations that may apply to us.
We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data based on our legitimate interest in reviewing startup opportunities and communicating with founders, your consent when you choose to send information to us, and compliance with legal obligations where required.
Service providers
The pitch form is submitted through Formspree, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We may also use hosting, email, document storage, analytics, and security providers where needed to operate the site and manage inbound conversations.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Founder submissions may be retained while we evaluate the opportunity and maintain ordinary venture relationship records, unless you ask us to delete them and we have no overriding reason to keep them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
